Standard Shipping within Australia: please allow 2-5 business days to most major cities.
Express Shipping within Australia: please allow 1-3 days business days.
International shipping: please allow 2 weeks from date of shipment.
Flat rate of $10 AUD for standard shipping within Australia.
Express within Australia for $15 AUD.
Flat shipping rate of $35 AUD is applied for standard international delivery.

Orders Mon - Friday - We ship all product within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day
All parcels are sent via trackable Australia Post services. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.
RETURNS
We hope you are happy with your purchase. If not, we have 14-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Sanrevelle offers exchanges or credit notes which are valid for 1 year
If you wish to exchange your purchase for an alternative style or size, please process a return via info@sanrevelle.com and repurchase your preferred item
REFUND POLICY
Sanrevelle offers a full refund for faulty or damaged products only. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
